The Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams, had a constructive meeting with President Mwai Kibaki in which they discussed the role of the Church in promoting community development and in national reconciliation.Dr Williams spoke about the inspirational Church initiatives he had witnessed during his visit to Kenya, and also reflected on the crucial importance of protecting the environment as the country faces the impact of climate change.
